Chris Koressis is a Canadian business lawyer located in downtown Toronto, Ontario. He specializes in business law (corporate and commercial matters), including purchasing and procurement, drafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs), drafting proposals in response to RFPs, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, information technology law, licensing, e-commerce, outsourcing, employment law, corporate policies & codes of conduct, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and divestitures, and civil dispute resolution.

Before establishing the Toronto law firm of Koressis Legal™ , Chris Koressis was a partner at a large business law firm based in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to that, he was Corporate Counsel at Geac Computer Corporation (now Infor) and a member of the company's worldwide mergers and acquisitions team. Prior to Geac, Chris Koressis led CIBC's technology law department as Senior Counsel and he also served as Director, Strategic Sourcing, managing the bank's worldwide procurement of information technology, corporate services and products. He also led a task force on the legal and business issues associated with electronic commerce and Internet business strategies. Before CIBC, he was Corporate Counsel for Royal Bank of Canada.

While he was a partner at a large business law firm in Toronto, Chris Koressis worked with many business lawyers and assessed their strengths and weaknesses.
